At Beyu Jewelry, all products are custom made and personalized for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been produced.
However, there is one exception:
If the product is not delivered within 21 days from the shipping date, the customer may request a full refund.
To request a refund under this condition, please contact us with your order number.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Custom or personalized items after production
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delivery delays caused by customs or local postal services
